Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) are never saved or provided to the AI. We have built-in system-level blocks and restrictions that prevent the AI from accessing, storing, or processing sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, passwords, government IDs, health records, or authentication credentials—even if such information appears in your data sources.

AI Data Usage: The AI uses your consented data securely to understand your work patterns, preferences, and context—allowing it to provide personalized assistance. This learning happens within your isolated environment and is never shared across accounts or used for model training.
Sensitive Information Blocks: Our system automatically detects and blocks access to PII and SPI. The AI cannot access, process, or store sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government IDs, health records, or authentication credentials, even if such information appears in your data sources.

Secure Infrastructure & PII/SPI Blocks
Our platform is built on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure) that meets SOC 2 requirements. Additionally, we have system-level blocks that prevent the AI from accessing, storing, or processing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Sensitive Personal Information (SPI), ensuring your most sensitive data remains protected.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion (unless longer retention is required by law).
- Service Data: Retained according to your preferences and settings. You can delete service data at any time.
- Legal Records: Some data may be retained longer if required by law, regulation, or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records, audit logs).
International Data Transfers
